I made an appt 2 months in advance for cleaning and the day before they called me to confirm, but a different time. 1/2 hour later. I had other appts I need to attend later in the day. When I called them to tell them I made this appt 2 months ago, they said the other appt was made before mine. Then why did they give me the same time? I think they bump me to give it to someone else they knew.
