He just called and they are coming, verbal misunderstanding. will revise as they finish the job.....

We had a new septic system installed in the house we just bought and were very happy with our experience with Richards. Would definitely recommend this company.

The good things.... they came within 4 hours after I called

... we believe they solved the root problem for this year.



Not so good things...



$150 fee to show up and my final bill for cleaning the roots of 10 feet of pipe.



He ran out of snake so he doesn't know if he solved the problem or just got the worst of it. I can't tell until the roots over 75 feet away get too big.



From Answers.com it said "For rodding up to 8" diameter it should cost $1.25 per foot of snake Min." From homewyse.com



http://www.homewyse.com/services/cost_to_clean_sewer_line.html it said $169 is a high price for my zip code.



The guy complained a lot before he even hit any roots.

Why does he get to complain when I'm paying?

Richards just emptied our septic on a SATURDAY! They did a good job and very friendly guys. priced lower than others that even answered the phone.

The guys from Richards Sewer & Septic did an amazing job. They couldn't help but tear my back yard up to replace my septic tank, but did an amazing job with plumbing, placing the tank, and leveling the ground. It was a great job and I can highly recommend them to anyone.
