I was to stay two nights, but after the first night of what turned out to be a bedbug feeding frenzy I checked out early hoping I'd finish my work and be able to leave town. Well, I didn't finish my work and got stuck staying another night, but I switched to the second bed and wore a shirt. I might've got more bites on my arm in the second bed, but it wasn't as bad as the first night in the first bed of the same room. This is very discouraging as the casino and this place are owned by the same company. If this place has such a problem, what about the casino? Both properties are owned/managed by the same company.

I like the hotel and the look and feel of the surroundings. But I am giving a big thumbs down though as I had a bad bedbug experience and the hotel manager just blew me off as if I didn't now what I was talking about. She didn't show any concern about what happened to me, or ask for proof to verify what happened. This tells me they know they have a bed bug issue at this establishment and aren't concerned about their customers. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, and have to question ever staying at the casino as well.

It is a week later and my bags are still sitting in my truck to help cook any possible tag-along pests on sunny days so I don't bring them into my house. Very disappointing as this place was descent not that long ago.

One of the most beautiful and clean hotels along the river. Have stayed at least 5 times over 5 years, and am heading back again this year.....
