Worst customer service ever! They messed up my order on Sunday. I went to the drive thru, got home and realized I didn't have all of my food. I called them immediately and was told I could come in the next day (since I live on the other side of town) with my receipt and I would be given another order. When I got there, they didn't wanna give me anything! After I paid the for food the previous day that I didn't get. No apologies, no nothing! This is how you treat paying regular customers?! The Purple Onion in Hoover will NEVER get my business again!!!
