BUYERS BEWARE!
Do yourself a favor and shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s. They have just as nice tile and selection for half the price, but more importantly they will stand behind their products, unlike Vestal Tile.
I purchased nearly $1200 worth of tile that came in totally unlike the display they have at the store. It is a mismatched unusable mess. The only thing the owner offers is a 50% discount to come and purchase more tile from him!
I wish I had read the similar review below before shopping here.

I was looking for some specialty tile and contacted this company. They were helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgable. They helped me with my selection and their price was very competitive. I've had some bad experiences with special order material for my new home and it was a pleasure to work with this company. I highly recommend them.

Purchased over $5000 in special ordered items, which required payment IN FUll prior to shipping. Payed ENTIRE STATED INVOICE TOTAL> received statement a week later demanding 7.5% more because clerical error in their office forgot to charge tax. STAY AWAY _PURPOSELY MISQUOTE TOTALS TO AQUIRE ORDERS THEN THREATEN LEGAL RECOURSE WHEN REFUSAL FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT IS DENIED!!!!!
