We were greeted and attended to in a timely and professional manner. We were guided to a piece that was beautiful and fit our budget. It didn't take long to find something we loved. I had some concerns about the fit of the ring for my daughter, and the sales consultant had the jeweler confer on the fit just to be sure. I was confident we made a perfect choice on the ring and the size too. I've been loyal to this store (Oakdale Mall) ever since my daughter got a ring stuck on her finger (at home), and their jeweler came directly in on his day off to cut the ring off her.

I brought in my ring for a repair and to have the size changed. Joseph and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. I just picked my ring up and it is beautiful! I would highly recommend VanCott Jewelers.
