I took a 9 year old Troy Bilt snowthrower for a repair in the middle of a snowstorm.Was told it was a needle in the carbuator (?).One week later after excuses,was told carburetor needed cleaning.Later that week told needed a new carburetor.Now it has been two weeks..Owner was told $100.00 cap (give or take) on repairs.When finally ready told the bill was $231.00.When questioned,he immediately dropped repair bill to $189.00.He said $94.00 for carburetor and $89.00 for labor.Fortunately I still had sales slip,called Troy-bilt factory and was told the carburetor was $30.00 plus shipping.I feel I was "gouged" because I am a senior citizen.

Also questioning his business practices,his response was,,"just leave it here,and I will sell it".A good way to increase your inventory...

i recently went there to buy a Honda lawnmower and i could quickly see how they have been in business for over 40 years!!!, let me tell you that was the best experience i have ever had with any dealer of any product, they were more than willing to answer my questions,address any concerns and even go over general maintenance and care with me, they answered all my questions with a great attitude and with confidence, and when i requested a never been touched or started mower out of the box he just smiled and said, ok just wait a couple minutes and you will have one right out of the box, and the mower is great quality and i got FAR better service than any big box store could have given me....they earned a customer for life!

I took my lawn tractor in and it took them 2 and a half weeks just to fix a wheel bearing. The when I finally got my tractor home, there was more wrong with it then when I brought it in. Not to mention the huge lack of commmunicatioin and lies that were relayed throughout the entire process.
