I used this company and waited a MONTH before they replaced my air conditioning, I was advised because I had home insurance that they took cash customers first. I guess the home insurance companies don't pay them as much so I had to suffer through 100 degree days. I finally bought a small air conditioning for my bedroom and was a prisoner there until they decided to come and replace my air conditioner. Once they finally replaced my air conditioning they over charged me and charged me for things they did not do. I filed a complaint with BBB and when they found out they called and tried to intimidate me to resend the complaint. Beware if you are elderly or have elderly parents. This company rips them off.

Noah and Richard, repair men, were professional, on time, and courteous.
Justine, office personnel, was especially nice with scheduling and emailing of my receipts. I purchased the yearly maintenance program on Noah's advice which saved me a lot of money.
I highly recommend the company. Star is a good name because they all are.
