The Ocean Grill was built between 1938 & 1941 by Waldo Sexton and his team. The Ocean Grill is your best choice for ocean view dining and exceptional seafood and steaks. It's unique & historic. The dining room is an eclectic mix of wood, stained glass, wrought iron and wonderful artifacts that Waldo collected from around the world. Our bar is a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike. The drinks are potent and the view will knock your socks off.

Love this place! The waiters are always very friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious! The ocean view is BEAUTIFUL! One of the best restaurants in Vero Beach!

Still the best in town after 50 years

Once called " The Bucket of Blood" for their famous Bloody Mary's, The Ocean Grill has stood the test of time and for more than 50 years has maintained a great atmosphere with the best food in the county. Prime Rib to die for, fresh seafood always cooked the way you like it, generous sized drinks, and a friendly wait staff makes this my favorite restaurant in the area. I have been coming here for 50 years and will always come back if I am within 50 miles. This is a local's favorite as well. Friendly bar overlooking the ocean. You're going to love it. I promise. ChefLars rated 5 Star, $$$$.

Great place for lunch or dinner--

Located right on the ocean, this is a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner and enjoy the view. The food is consistently good and the atmosphere is romantic. Always take my wife there for her birthday.

Always great, count on it!

We've had family & friends here, parties, special occasions. The service is great, food is consistently great, the gift shop is great. If it's your first time in Vero, it's a must see landmark.
