Called to make an appointment as a new patient. Staff member told me that they would call me back. Several days later I called them again to try to make an appointment because no one called me as they stated. I was informed that they had called but my caller ID must be wrong if it didn't show up. Gave them my insurance information only to be placed on hold then told that they really weren't accepting new patients. Try again in a couple months. Apparently they are only compassionate if you have the right insurance, irregardless of what they accept.

Sorry staff that does not help. I called in reference to getting a cat scan result, left three messages for the nurses to call me back and no one ever called. They were also supposed to fax over a copy of the results to my pulmonary doctor and never did. The service at Compassionate Medical Center is declining rapidly. I am presently looking for a new doctor as a result of this.
