I had to think a long time, and do a lot of research, before deciding on spray foaming our new home. Our engineer recommended Building Performance Services. Hiring this company turned out to be a terrific move. I am so glad we went with them since there is little room for error when installing foam. One small misstep can turn the foamed attic idea into a disaster. But do the job right and it’s nothing short of amazing.



It will not take you long to discover that Barbara Clark, the owner, knows the science behind this business. There are many ways to do a foam installation poorly and only one way to do it right. Barbara will take the time to patiently explain everything to you.

Called Don Hall for a quote on insulation in our newly purchased 1959 home. He came to the home and presented us with all the options, with pricing. The insulation was blown over the entire house including the space under our flat deck. My husband watched the installation process through the attic access and was very pleased with the entire job. Above and beyond. We only expected someone to clear all the insulation from our attic, but the team checked out and reported on potential rodent entry places, problems seen with our AC ductwork, walked me around the house to show potential problems etc. They came in and in 1 day removed a combination of batting-insulation with blown-in insulation over it. They took away all the old insulation. Very friendly, very professional. And they take Visa!

Building Performance Services is a subcontractor I have used for the past 5 years for Spray Foam application, blown fiberglass installation, duct testing and sealing.



We have partnered on approximately 80 projects together during this time. As a General Contractor I am all too familiar with the broad reputation of "subs" and I can say with confidence that Don Hall is not like other subs.



Though I remain closely attached to all my projects, with Don Hall this is really not necessary. I provide him with the details of the job, contact information and he handles it from there. He has had the same crew now for going on 10 years and this important for assuring quality and consistency.



Spray Foam is a little understood technology and it takes great care and experience to correctly install. Once done correctly there is no other insulation solution that can rival the performance and long life of spray foam insulation.
