Provided by YP.comMy car went there for service and my Laptop locked in trunk was stolen when there was no reason to open the trunk, I reported it right away to the service manager Mike Welsh and he said that they hadn't had a theft out of a car in 30 years. I went to the Vernon Ct. police and asked about the claim of the service manager {NO THEFTS OUT OF A CAR IN 30 YEARS} The police officer told me there were too many thefts to count. They also lied about an expensive part $2200.00 they claimed I needed I refused and took it else where where it was fixed NO CHARGE in 10 minutes. It seems lying and stealing is what this dealer does best. STAY AWAY and go to VW of Hartford instead.
