I went to the Comcast store to upgrade my cable box. The person who did it gave me a new box, said she would activate it and said I could install it when I got home. When I got home the box didn't work. After I called Comcast they said would activate it and call me when it was done. The agent said it would take 20 minutes. That was over 30 minutes ago.
