We all know that an organization (retail store, auto shop, company, clinic, etc.) can only be as good as its people, and we experience it every day either easy or hard way.Luckily, this feedback is a happy one.Last time (maybe a year or so ago) I have been in Sears Automotive in Vernon Hills, IL, they worked on my tires that wore unevenly, and their mechanic, Jacob, rebooted my tires (replaced rubber on wheels/rims) evenly, and it gave them extra years of life. He did it even without me asking for it and did not try to sell me new tires for a quick sale.Today I came there for a battery check and met Jacob again, but now he is a Customer Service rep., and he provided the same friendly and caring service; he checked my battery and alternator and gave me the answers free of charge.I am very glad Jacob is now in the right place - Customer Service, because he truly cares.Thanks Jacob, and thanks Sears for having him

The hours have changed to open at 8am Monday thru Saturday.
