Vergennes Union Elementary School is a part of the Addison Northwest Supervisory Union group of schools. It serves grades K 12, providing educational opportunities and resources to all students. Building-based advisory committees provide the community input and there are regular community information meetings. Brochures and other printed materials are also circulated to the public to provide relevant information. School board meetings ensure that time is allotted to members of the public to engage in discussion with their school representatives.
