Great Location and great prices. I don't understand why people would go anywhere else. There is a place to eat right next door and they have all kinds of auto repair shops in the center. Next stop is the tire place in the same auto center. That was an unexpected bonus..walked over to the tire place and they also have great prices. Also this was a very clean shop. They understand what customer service is, I will be back in two years. Look for their coupons. I paid $42 with the certificate on my 2002 VW Jetta.

smog technician carelessly scratched my car right in front of me.



when i asked him to be careful, he and the rude heavyset lady from the front desk said "well then take your car somewhere else".



i have never encountered service providers this bad.



i will be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau and to star certification regarding this disgusting place.

WOW the people at Smog 4 Less are Awesome! I was finishing up some paperwork when a young man in a mercedes pulled up. The technician directed him to pull around back. When he walked in the shop he asked the technician if it were possible to smog test his mercedes with his exhaust system.. the technician says lets take a look and walks out to this guys car...he lifted the hood then walked around the back to have a look see and the guys says don't touch my car!!!! Seriously.....so the nice woman in the office tells him to take the car somewhere where they don't have to touch it...omg i was thinking god bless these people to have to deal with people like that...now i see the review he left....OMG he must be high!!!!! pretty sad people...You guys have my business forever after seeing the way you handled that guy.....don't let a few bad apples change the awesome people you are!!!

great smog shop...I was reading thru the reviews and noticed a couple of people that left bad reviews...hello people it was your vehicle that had issues...not the shop!! Check your attitudes!! I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!

Customer service is 2nd to None...I have an aftermarker AEM cold air intake on my truck. They let me know without the proper sticker it would fail. They gave me the phone # to call to get the sticker. I got the sticker in just under 2 weeks, took the truck back and it passed with flying colors. Honest and helpful. Thanks to them I will not have to worry about my truck failing for the air intake again. Very knowledgeable!!!!!!! See you in 2 years guys....!!!

Nice clean professional shop. They are right off the freeway next to a BBq place with a BIG white rooster on top of the building...

check this place out...no bull here...straight shooter...professional and honest...if you don't like what you hear it is because your car has a problem..so get it fixed and quit whining...the people there are very diplomatic...rick out..peace

If you need to get your car smogged this is the place to go. Lots of parking,easy access, and competive prices. I paid $48 for my lexus but the dealer wanted almost double that. Plus I think I paid a few bucks more cause it is an SUV. Fast and efficeint.

awesome people own this shop...these people sincerely care about their customers...they know the business exceptionally well. If you have a problem with the vehicle pass or fail they take the time to explain the reason for the results. I wish them success in this business.

very professional people...i have recommended people to this business...i would advise if you want less of a wait.to try and avoid the lunch hour..it is more busy at that time.....my first car i went in at 3:30 pm and only one person ahead of me..i was in and out in less then 30 minutes...my second vehicle (truck) I went in at 12:15 and there were 4 people ahead of me so i was there for a little over an hour. I have to say though I was told through lunch it is usually more busy but I took my chances.....still great service..and I actually just went next door and had lunch at bodacious BBQ..yummy

awesome service. Check this place out if you need a smog test. Great location, great waiting area. Plenty of parking. If you are hungry there is a BBQ restaurant right next door. Its just a smog test but the service and people are very friendly. For the person who left a bad review it is clear that your car must have had issues, so that would be your problem. They are there to do their jobs. Which they do very professionally. Thanks for the great service...I am recommending you to my co workers and family.

Great customer service. They make you feel right at home. They are very professional, yet friendly and helpful at the same time. I heard them explaining to a customer that came in after me that if they tested their car it would fail..they gave them the opportunity to have it fixed first and then come back. I have brought two of our cars here and both time have been consistently friendly and professional...thanks..if you need a smog check this is the place to go!!!

I took my car here this morning. The tech starts revving the engine and tells me there's something wrong with the exhaust, so he won't hook it up to the computer to test the emissions cause he's sure that it would fail, and tells me to go get it fixed. So I took it over to a smog test center on main street, and the tech took care of me in 15 minutes. Passed everything, no questions asked, no extra cost. don't go here.
