I Purchased 2019 dodge ram 1500 limited my sales man Aaron Lane was a pleasure to deal with he was a real professional and actually ran around the dealership to speed up my process because I was going to be late for work ! My name is Richard

Crown Dodge sold me an unsafe Jeep Rubicon that could have killed me.
The sales manager said that it was a Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, 3 weeks later I found out it was not.

Rear Broken Track Bar Bracket .
Dislocated rear axle coil spring.
Rear sway bar rubbing through the break line.
Wheel lug nut the where undersized for the rims.
Broken Transfer Case Cable.
Bad oil press sending unit and leaking oil badly.

Terrible customer service! Just went in to get an oil change and nobody bothered to approach us. Lots of employees standing around doing what looked like nothing. We finally left. It's a shame the salespeople will chase people down in the parking lot to sell a car off their lot yet the service department makes no effort towards helping the customer maintain the vehicle. Finally just left and will have to go somewhere else.

I was very disappointed with the service department at Crown Dodge. I have had numerous poor experiences with the service portion of the dealership including multiple service writers that have changed, phone calls not returned, deadlines on my cars that have been consistently missed, and a very mediocre and poor customer service experience. Moreover, ehe dealership does not even have free coffee in the service area, but charges you for it. I think it was like 25 cents for a cup of coffee and a vending machine with snacks starting at a dollar. If I am going to shell out $1000 to get my car serviced or repaired, a free cup of coffee would be appreciated. The dealership does not even have wi-fi for customers in the lobby area.. The waiting area is ancient, uncomfortable, poorly laid out, and inadequate. Crown Dodge has a monopoly in Ventura County as the closest dealership to the south is Simi Valley and Santa Barbara county to the north.

they will engulf you as the fight like little kids trying to get a sale . they miss lead and promise things youll never get .and i was even given i antacid , thought to be , but was later informed that what i was given was a "norco". to ease my mind to get me to sign a contract .on a used truck with burnt oil! sold at a new truck price. worth 20,000 less then what i paid . CRIMINALS !some one needs to enforce laws with this company !
