I went in to this place on Saturday,valentine's day, with 2 certificates I got from my boyfriend $160 dollars for a massage and a mani and pedi. I got to the front desk and the receptionist took my certificates, both certificates had my name. I sat down and then she said is your name so and so ...umm no ..let me remind you my name was on both certificates 20 min later she asked me if I had an appointment I told her no, It didn't say anywhere to make an appointment except for Monday and it's saturday. She said you can come back at 1230 for your massage ...I was furious I said no thanks. I went in there to get paper and instead I walked out of there feeling like crap.I will be returning but just to get a refund on my certificates.
