We had Victory paint the exterior of our home and we could not be happier. Viktor is a very polite, courteous and knowledgeable person and was an absolute joy to have at our home. poor job done in ceiling knockdown texture finishing. uneven spaces, not smooth, light skin and edge of ceiling still have old popcorn at many place.
