I went through the automatic car wash. The booth took my $20 bill for an $8 car wash and did not return my change. The lady who I called was very rude and would not send an attendant to get me change, instead she says she will send a check to me. The car wash left soap residue all over the truck. They refused to refund me for the car wash.

I took my van through the car wash , I noticed after the wash that the paint on the hood was damaged , and the paint on the right rear door was peeled off on the top of door , I also noticed that there was a strip of dirt a foot wide down the whole top of van that never got washed . I called Mike the manager, he would not look at the top of the van and told me my paint was old , he said he would let me use a booth to wash the van myself .
