I called on Friday and they were able to schedule my inspection for Monday morning! Fast service and Todd did a very thorough job. I had the report later Monday afternoon! It was very detailed and all done for a reasonable price.

I was referred to use this company by my realtor before purchasing my home. They seemed to be professional even giving me a written report with pictures before the inspector left. The things they noted were fixed by the seller before closing. Unfortunately after moving into house, I noticed soft spots in the flooring. I contacted SWF as they offered a 90 day warranty and they had me contact Residental Warranty Services. Everything seemed good and they asked me to get 2 bids from licensed contractors and submit estimates to them. Both contractors stated they could no give estimates without taking up laminate floor covering, they took up a few feet of laminate and discovered a rotten moldy subfloor. Long story short after 5 weeks of talks withSWF and RSW they have come up with every excuse not to pay a claim. Neither of these companies has an ounce of honesty or integrity. If you are realty company or agent or even an individual DONT USE THESE COMPANIES. OR REFER THEM.
