Bought a 37" flat screen LCD from them last year. This year the picture went, and they told me that it was "unfixable", so I bought a 46" flat screen LCD from them. I thought it was strange that a 1+ year old LCD would die, but was stuck to buy a new one. All was fine until I wandered into their store a couple of weeks later, only to find my "unfixable" 37" for sale, USED, on their showroom floor. Never again in a million years would I go there, nor should you.
