Absolutely the best! I bought my home using Cathy Beckwith with Gulf Coast Realty and she did a fantastic job. My uncle also used her because of our recommendation and had a very good experience. We used her again to sell our house after a couple of years when we decided to move again and truly couldn't have made a better decision to use her again. She went above and Beyond!!! We received an offer from a qualified & preapproved buyer in less than 3 weeks. After accepting the offer, the buyers got a little spooked after getting some quotes for insurance due to the home being located in a flood zone and Florida's high insurance rates and tried to renegotiate. The clients/ buyers were from another realtor, but Cathy took it upon herself to find them lower rates for the homeowners insurance in order to see that the deal did not fall through. I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. Absolutely 110% satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional and top notch. She is a true realtor, not someone doing it part time as a hobby. She knows how to get things done and is willing to do what it takes.
