DO NOT SHOP HERE. the owner is beyond rude. with previous owners, my mother and i have both shopped and sold things there and have never had an issue. the last time we were there, my mom had left about 20 pairs of shoes without a ticket. the clerk was busy and took her info and told her that she will call her. my mother tried allying several times and when she finally came in to see whats going on, the lady gave her a bag with a few pairs of shoes and said that was all she left, my mom began to explain that there has been some kind of confusion and that she had left more shoes the woman told her to leave or she will call the cops, and also harassed her for her accent. when i went to talk to the owner to clarify the situation, he blew up, would not hear anything out, was making claims that were false when he wasn't even there, would not even listen to us calmly explaining. my mom was so hurt by this experience she was literally in tears telling me. i have to admit, this is THE WORST experience i have ever had at a store. please, do not use them or help their business. my mom did not want to pursue any issue, and chose to just be the bigger person and drop the issue because she didn't think anything good would come out of it. if it was for my mom really talking me out of it, we would have made a serious issue out of this. also, the blonde lady that was dealing with the shoes at the beginning of the issue, told my mom she should go back to her own country. sounds unbelievable but trust me, my mom does not even know english enough to stand up for herself on the spot or to cause a serious issue.
