2011, Interior and exterior work was done at my home by DeSantis Painting in Venice. Work was satisfactory.

10/13/2013, Contracted with DeSantis to paint the exterior of my home, driveway, pool deck, interior walls, paint and patch kitchen ceiling, patch and paint bathroom ceiling.

June, 2014, Called Ron DeSantis (owner) concerning problems with the work done in 2013.

Peeling paint on north side of house. Ron blamed it on a wheel barrow. Not true,
there were patches all over the wall.

Pool deck, new paint fading, old color showing.


Kitchen, ceiling had strips of peeling paint pulling away and hanging down. It looked really bad.

Driveway, old paint (terracotta) showing through new paint (gray). The driveway was very slippery when wet. A number of people told me they slipped but did not fall except for the pizza delivery man and me.

I can now tell my story, four long years later. I filed a Personal Liability Suit against DeSanti Painting in 2014. It was not settled until 2018. The judgement was on my BEHALF.

I had to live with the mess DeSanti Painting did to my home for four years, it was quite discerning.
