We had to purchase a telephone system for our small business and we had a great experience with Business Telephone Sales. Melanie made the process extremely simple and took the time to explain everything fully. Her prices were spot on and shipping and delivery time were prompt and in great shape. Being a small business owner it made my life easier! I will gladly continue my business relationship with Melanie and Business Telephone Sales and try to direct as many folks as I can her way.

Be careful... Read the one review that was positive and went ahead and did business here. Uncomfortable with ship it to us, we'll send you a check for the phones & shipping. We sent complete working system and 12 phones. Took 3 weeks to finally get them to respond and they said our system was "defective" and they only rec'd 6 phones. When asked what was defective they didn't respond to the first inquiry and finally said it was smoking when they plugged it in. We had a qualified phone tech disconnect the system prior to shipping and it was in good working order. I'm convinced they had no idea where our shipment went and must have mixed ours up with another. I asked if they would fax our packing slip and they said sure we can send you our A+ business rating and a copy of their PO. When I said I didn't need that but if they could locate my packing slip I would like to see that. Never heard back from them. Also asked if they had the box with the shipping label, of course they said they destroy the boxes. All they could claim is they have 50,000 customers. Well make that 49,999, I would never do business here again.

They did state they were sending a check for most of the quoted price but we're out the $40 plus in freight.

Definitely not worth the run around. I should have sold the handsets individually on my own but thought this would be an easier approach.

I was very leery about the process and concept of this company. When my business had a new phone system installed I contacted Business Telephone Sales to see about a quote on our old phones. I spoke with Melanie who was helpful. We agreed on a price and I was told that she would send me a check 1 day after she received my telephones. I was very skeptical, and thought this company was too good to be true, but thought what I have to lose. Within a week of them receiving the phones I had a check in the full amount quoted plus my shipping. Melanie always quickly responded to my emails and issues I had. There are still a few legitimate companies out there. Thank you for the great service!
