We contracted with Jim Bonito to install tile and do some remodeling in two bathrooms. We had a great experience. He's talented, knowledgeable, good-natured, and a hard worker. In short, he's an outstanding craftsman! Other contractors who have seen what he did for us are very impressed, too. We'll definitely hire him again when needed!

Very experienced, they helped me pick out tile for my floors and bathrooms. I had numerous friends asking me where I got my tile. I even hired him later to do tile in my lanai. It's been over a year and since I got my floors done and not a single crack. I would defiantly recommend Bonito Tile.

Our experience was terrible.



We had a lot of problems initially that took 6 months to resolve.



Less than one year after the job was completed we had further problems. Jim Bonito refused to come in and advise what he thought was going on stating that he never offered us any kind of warranty.



We contacted him almost 20 times over a period of 7 weeks (by phone, cellphone and text message) but he refused to return our calls.



Better Business Bureau could not help as Bonito wrote to them stating that he had offered us crack suppression membrane and that we had refused to purchase it. This was absolutely untrue as he had never quoted for it.



All in all, a horrendous experience and we are now left with footing the bill for further repair work.
