My family has used Addington's for years...all types of occasions...and we've never been disappointed!

Don't use this florist. They were extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone. Then when you try to talk they interrupt you, yell more then hang up. I have never been treated this terrible by a business in my life until now. Unless you want to get yelled at after receiving a terrible looking arrangement don't use this florist!

Over a week later, I am still trying to get my money back where they DOUBLE charged my card! First they said it was declined, which money was there, then I noticed they charged me twice. Then they said it wasn't their fault. Finally had to call my card co. & make a claim through them to get my money back. They also didn't notify me that they delivered my products. I've used my card several times on internet to place orders and pay bills and this is the only company that I've had problems with. My suggestion! Find another company to order from.
