Provided by YP.comDon't ask for a pet prescription filled for an online source! VVH refused to fill a prescription for my dog's heart worm med even though she was using the med ongoing(from VVH) and had an exam 3 months ago! I was told they don't allow prescriptions to be written for online sources because they don't trust where they are manufactured, stored, etc. I was trying to save money $8.00 per pill vs $ 5.00 per pill. When I suggested to fill it at BIMart (they fill dog prescriptions), they refused that source as well. - Not a Vet clinic! I told them I get my meds from BiMart and I trust them completely. They still said no anyway. Veneta Vet Hosptial wants to extract the max amount of money anyway they can from their patrons. A VERY GREEDY company.

Provided by YPmobileI've brought all my animals to VVH for years now. I love the doctors and staff and have been very appreciative each time I have an emergency that they find a way to fit me in. With 9 dogs (rescue) and a cat I spend a bit of time at VVH and can highly recommend them.

Elizabeth J. Hoffmann DVM is very good with cats. I like her best. this clinic is very caring or gives good care, But not cheep! pretty expencive no matter what fido has. and the wait to see the doc is easily an hour. maybe because they are the only vet in Veneta. But if you got the time and plenty of money little Fluffy will get great treatment, and so will you.

- Veneta Veterinary Hospital provides complete medical, surgical and dental care for our patients, including cats, dogs, rabbits, pocket pets, and the occasional avian and reptile. Our clients know that when their pet has a problem, we will make sure they are seen that day.

- Our in-house laboratory testing (CBC, chemistry, thyroid, blood clotting), radiography, and ultrasound allow us to make the diagnosis quickly and start treatment, usually the same day. Routine procedures, such as spays, neuters and dental cleanings, may be scheduled Monday through Friday. If needed, they can also be scheduled last minute to accommodate those ‘hard to catch’ patients.
