I have no experience with this business, however I did meet the owner and her significant other recently. I witnessed how they treated the employees of a local retailer. They were very passive aggressive and manipulative, demanding, and openly rude, to the point of drawing attention to themselves. If I had the choice of leaving anyone I love in the care of another, I would never consider these people. If this is how they treat people who can stick up for themselves, it is frightening to consider how they might treat a person who cannot.
