Provided by YP.comCharged me 10 hours labor for a 5 hour (Book Rate) repair. When asked why, their answer: "It took longer". My buddy, who has been a mechanic for 20 years said, "That's a four hour repair, max, but I can do it in 2 hours. They just milked you."
