This Doctor is even irate to other Dr offices that he refers to. Unbelievable but true. Disappointing.

ok, it is my first time to write a review on anything, so I'll just write what happened to me, I went to this doc for my kid (3 & a half years old at this visit) I gave him all the immunization record from my home country, as my son took most of his shots there.



I went back to him when my son was 4 years, I needed him to fill in a school form & give him his booster shots, we got the shots & for the school form he filled it from the immunization record that I gave him before from my country. Couple of weeks later I got a call from my son's school saying that the polio vaccine is not mentioned on the form, so I called the doc office, after 3 calls to the receptionist, the doctor said "I don't have his past records, how would I know!!!" I told him yes u do, u filled in all the other staff & u missed the polio, so he said, he is looking for it, then said, Sorry, we lost the records !!!! I said I will send them again to u, so u can send the dates to the school.



Next day the school told me, they received nothing, I called the doc office back, the woman on the phone told me "yes we received the mail, opened the file, but we can't print it !!!!!" first, I don't know why they can't print an attached image, second, why would u have to print it, the doctor can read it, rewrite it & send it to the school.



Finally the doctor talked to me, & telling me why would I do all of this for free, u didn't even bring in a form. Before I even get a chance to refresh his memory AGAIN that I brought in the form & he forgot to fill in some of it. He just started cursing me & then hung up. Seriously?????

ooh, and his waiting time is between 1 to 2 hours
