Bobbie's Jewelers is the BEST jewelry store around. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Bobbie and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I've been going to Bobbie,'s for years and won't deal anywhere else. She and her staff have never been anything but professional, often going above and beyond the call of duty to help with a special order or repair a piece of heirloom jewelry. Bobbie's is the only place I've ever dealt with that I feel comfortable leaving my special pieces for repair. Knowing that she and her staff are both knowledgeable and honest gives me great peace of mind. I trust her judgement on the quality of different items and have a very nice collection of uncommon jewelry that my husband and son have purchased there for various occasions. I refer anyone looking for jewelry, watch repair, gold buyer or jewelry repair to Bobbie's. Her wide selection of silver and gold, watches, diamonds and other precious and semi-precious stones means there something for everyone, in many price ranges.

I am in my 30s and I look young, but when I went to Bobbie's Jewelers, I was treated like a 12 year old stupid child that didn't know anything. I was so excited to go in and get my engagement ring put together because I'm newly engaged and my fiance had me pick a setting for his mom's diamond. Bobbie the owner threw one insult at me after another about the garbage jewelry that I stupidly purchased from somewhere else until I finally told her that she didn't need to be so rude to me as I tried not to cry. Then she stomped around almost throwing a temper tantrum. I left in tears and went to another jewelry store. I didn't know my setting was garbage and would have gladly bought a setting from her store for my diamond! I told her to keep my store credit that I had on file. I cannot believe I was treated that way. So many local businesses try to stay open these days and I like to give my support. I highly recommend Sobran Jewelers in Leechburg/Kiski Area or Seita Jewelers in Tarentum. They will treat you so well! I don't want anyone to have an experience like I did.
