Great selection of bikes, professional sales people, and overall great. Excuse the negative reviews and go experience them for yourself. The other dealerships are having their friends post bogus reviews because they know Pro Caliber Motorsports offers so much more than they do.

Rob Price was AWESOME to work with. He helped me pick out the perfect bike and even took time on his day off to come in and make sure it was ready to go for me when I picked it up. I would highly recommend getting all your motorcycle needs met here!

This was the best sales experience I have ever been through. Mark Mcgill saw to a pleasant wait of close to 5 month for my Jack Daniels Springfield Indian bike. Every thing was done smoothly and business like. It has been a pleasure to deal with Mark and Pro Caliber Thanks Mark

Just bought a 2015 Indian Vintage Motorcycle from the new Indian Motorcycle Showroom of ProCalibar. Gordon Low, the fantastic salesman, did wonders for us! He was very knowledgeable about the bike. Gordon handled all our paperwork for the trade-in of our 2006 Harley Davidson Street Glide and our request for various upgrades. Brian, Service Tech, has been great with installing our upgrades. Thanks Indian employees for marking one more off our bucket list. Now let's go for the Indian Vintage Trike!

I had them put a new rear tire on my bike, then my belt, which was in good condition, snapped! They improperly adjusted the belt...and this wasn't the first time. They refused to replace what they screwed up! They are not to be trusted. The reviews on Yelp speak for themselves.

I purchased a great bike out of state last month. I waited until the title and everything cleared to leave feedback. Matt Reynolds from the on-line department was great to work with. Very upfront about potential concerns and erred on the side of disclosing issues. I got a great bike that I plan on riding forever. If you are an out of state/on-line buyer Matt will take good care of you. Very pleased with my purchase!

The service department is a joke. no communication, bad diagnostics. Charged me $500 to replace a part that didn't need replacing. Bike still doesn't work right and now they want to charge me $400 more.

Almost two months ago to the d...

Almost two months ago to the day I purchased a very nice, but used Suzuki GSXR from Pro Caliber. The process was a bit intimidating and they do 'push' very hard to get a sale. I expect as much, though so that's not the reason for the negative review.

The real reason is that now, two months later I still don't have plates, tags, or a title for the bike. Part of my negotiated contract with them said they would take care of all the DMV particulars and get the bike transferred over to my name. Now I'm left wondering if they even had the title for it and I have a 400lb paperweight in my garage. I've called them and emailed them about it; the first time they just told me to keep waiting, and now they just tell me they'll "look into it" - I don't have any faith in them at this point and would never ever recommend doing business with them. 2 Months is far too long to be denied legal ownership of something I paid so much money for.

Do not purchase used motorcycl...

Do not purchase used motorcycles from this store. Pro Caliber sold a used motorcycle to my step-dad and the store told them that they went through the bike and everything was good. My step-dad has own several motorcycles in the past and was an experienced rider. However on the first day that my step-dad took the motorcycle for a ride, he was killed.

I paid an engineer to inspect this motorcycle and discovered the tires were 23 years old. To put that in perspective, the automobile industry will not let a car leave the lot with tires older than 5 years.

I called Pro Caliber and asked them to buy the bike back and they said no because it would be hard to sell that model of motorcycle.

Pro Caliber lacks professionalism and customer service. As far as I am concerned their negligence caused the death of a human being.

Best motorcycles store in Vancouver and Portland metro area!

I had a great experience at the ProCaliber store in Vancouver. They had everything in stock with a ton of selection. I ended up buying tires from them... they have the best tire prices in town!!!

I highly recommend them from my own experience.
