There's times it don't find what I want, but over all love it = ]

This could be a long story but I'll try to be brief. I went to Bebe hoping to get my roots done and a partial highlight while saving a bit on money. Huge mistake!!! She used peroxide on my roots (which burned my scalp) and turned my hair orange! Yes, actually orange. I was dumbfounded. Then she tried to fix with a darker "color" (which burned my scalp even more) and did nothing to improve the orange/translucent color. I actually paid and left hoping it was all the bright lighting in the salon. I got home and my family said I couldn't go "out in public" with my orange hair. I ran to Sally's and they recommended a toner which did help lessen the orange a bit. Now at least I can be seen in public. I called the salon in tears asking for a refund. They had me come back in to look at my hair but said they couldn't give a refund because I had used a toner after and I didn't take a picture of my hair pre-toner. I think you're safe to go there for a hair cut but do not go for any color treatment!!!!! Now I have to pay oodles for a fix and process my damaged hair further. I hate to even give one star!!

So I have a Cricut Expressions, less than a year old. Provo Crafts said most reatialers will exchange them for you and save you the hassle of doing it through the mail ( seeing they get credit from Prove for the return ). Called Walmart spoke with there Customer Service desk who spoke with the Supervisor Jesy, who never took the time to talk to his Customer personaly. The clerk asked Jesy if they could look up my transaction off my credit card and came back to the phone said yes but we cant do a refund just exchanges. I said thats all I want can you make sure there is one in stock before I drive there,( she said yes hold on.) came back on the phone and said yes but you need to be here befor 11pm, I said on my way just need to get it all in the box. I get there asnd Jesy says I cant look up purchases on credit cards, I asked why did you have your clerk tell me that, Jesy replied well I didn't I was in an associate meeting and you had hung up. I told Jesy after 20 min I was disconected and called back, so that was un-true. I even turned to the clerk and asked why did you tell me to bring in my credit card before 11pm, her reply was, ( that is what my supervisor told me). Then another manager Cheryl says you cant speek to her she an hourly associate and I am helping you. I feel for for the clerk who is managed by supervisors who cant take the time to speek with their customers and lay blame on their associates. Serious training is needed in this store.

Its pleasure to shop here. Clean, well organized. Employees willing to help. Cannot think of a negative factor.
