Great

If I didn't like it I would use someplace else. The service rep. (Charity) was well informed and kept me in the loop as to what's needed & waited for my ok before continuing.

We are so appreciative to our service rep, Chris. She was thorough and communicative through the whole process. She even went above and reserved a rental for us just in case - what a thoughtful service rep and sets the standard for how customers should be treated!

I came in for a 10 o’clock appt. for a recall

and was greeted by a very nice service person and had the car washed and out by 11:10. Had some great coffee and did some reading while waiting. Thank You.

Toyota Service Department Advisors/Representatives are professional and courteous. They answered all my questions, and explained, in detail, what all would be done in the 5K service. I always feel that they treat one with respect.

You could not ask for a better oil change waiting period. Meet new people while waiting or read a good book. Also got great service.

I was stumped by a noise my car was making which I found difficult to describe. Mike in the Service Dept. had a tech come out and drive it with me. He identified the problem and Mike was kind enough to share that while it was a "noise" it didn't affect the operation of the vehicle and its repair was up to me. I appreciated the regard for my finances while making certain the car was trustworthy for daily driving and a trip to California! Integrity all the way!

The day I took my car in for repair was the start of the recent snow and ice storms. The dealership gave me a loaner to use for 24 hours at no charge. Due to the weather conditions, I was not able to return the car until the 4th day. They still didn't charge me and told me they just wanted me to be safe.

I was very pleased with my whole experience. Dave Sanford was my salesman. He actually sent me a video message before I arrived. First time that has happened and it was very nice to get a personal message like that. Truck was ready when I got there and we hit the road within minutes. The purchase process was very fast and easy. None of this back and forth with another salesman or manager. It was here's what your trade is, here's the interest rate, and payment. Easy. The whole process was maybe an hour and half. The signing of papers was also easy. No trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want. Brian also was very informative and knowledgeable. If I need another car or if I know anyone who needs one. Vancouver Toyota will be where I go.

Michael Furey in internet sales, totally akamai! He set up our test drives of the 2013 Scion iQ and the 2014 Toyota Corolla while we had our 2010 Toyota Corolla being serviced. He gave us his bottom line and invited us back when we could have time to have our vehicles assessed for trade in value.

I love Vancouver Toyota! The fireplace, the comfy chairs, the free hot chocolate! And especially the free Wi-Fi. I had a business meeting while waiting for my oil change yesterday and it was great. Like a little spa retreat from the office!

I sent my 18 year old son to schedule a maintenance appointment, arrange shuttle transport to work, discuss maintenance issues and coordinate pick up of the vehicle. Vancouver Toyota treated him with respect, didn't pressure him to purchase other services, and got him to work on time. Great experience for my son. Thank you Vancouver Toyota!
