Non profit Company, good place to work only if you are willing to get paid by the 5th if lucky or the 18 of each month . payroll needs improve, they want you to be committed to the job in schedules but they are not committed to you on payments when most of the companies pay the 1st and the 15th of each month they always pay late. So if you rent an apartment you have to start getting ready for fees because you'll be late on your rent. or worried by eviction notices, not mention to other payment that people usually have.They really need to work on their payroll, I work some time for them and I have to leave because of that, not to mention holly days then you are really in need. It seems that they forget that people work because the need $$ and you are not "nonprofit" lol. While working there notice that staff members come and go because of that Mather and you are not allowed to talk about because you'll get in trouble. I really liked to work there is just that I need my money the 1st and the 15th, they were not giving PTO time off we were told that may get that in the future so important but I guess is just them since it was the first time I worked for a company that didn't give that. also people don't have Sick Leave (pay sick day) super important but they wont pay if you get sick you can leave and take the days required but wont get pay. I just think is so shady and wrong coming from a health care company.Remember Vancare people work for $$ we are not nonprofit workers .
