I visited Mill Plain Shell and Uhaul this past weekend to rent a trailer for moving. I must say that the not only was my Uhaul service impeccable but I received fast and amazing service in the shop. My trucks wiring was inadequate and would not control the trailer lights. The owner, who was NOT on duty, took it upon himself to crawl under my truck and rewire a portion of my lighting system so he could get me on my way. I thought the 'old service stations' of yesterday had disappeared, the kind that take it upon themselves to help you with whatever problem you have, right now. Hat's off to the guys and owner of Mill Plain Shell. Thank you so much!!

We rented a uhaul from them and called to let them know we would be an hour late returning it. Even though there were other trucks sitting in the lot, to say we were given a hard time about being late from the owner, would be an understatement. He even accused us of costing him a rental because we were late (great customer service)....our driver left his phone in the truck on the dash and when he returned to get it (about 15 minutes later), it was gone. Of course the kid that parked the truck claimed he did not see it. So we were hasseled and had a phone stolen from them....I won't even go there for gas. Mill Plain Shell should win the "worse customer service of the year" award.
