I am puzzled by these negative reviews. I had an excellent experience and love my new cellular shades that were installed today by an experienced young man. He even called and asked if he could come over a half-hour earlier than the time window I was given because he had finished the job before me. Also, every time I called the company, there was a knowledgeable, friendly voice on the line. The shades look great and my living room is much warmer now! Good job!

This is a total disaster of a company that I am unable to find any reason why somebody would use them. Unfortunately this is the company that Home Depot uses for blinds installation, and because of the absolutely disastrous installation that this company does, I would run as soon as you hear they names. Their installers are "independent contractors" so if they do not install the blinds correctly, they wash their hands and start pointing fingers to discuss matters either with their independent installers or with Home Depot. A company such as this does not deserve to remain in business.
