Provided by YP.comRich came out to clean my brand new carpet after my 13 year old black lab had end of life accidents all over my living room. It smelled horrible, like death and feces. I was horrified it would never came out. Rich came and did his magic and when the smell was still there that night, he came back the next day and treated it again. I will call him again. Thanks Rich
