I was driving from the Sound area to Bend and my car broke down in Vancouver. I was anxious about the repair, as I don't know cars and didn't know anyone in the area. From the moment I called Mike's, I was treated with respect and honesty. They went out of their way to make sure I understood exactly what the repair would be and what it would cost. Although getting my car repaired is never something I like to do, I can say that what could have been a major disaster ended up just a bump in our road.

Absolutely no attempt at helping me with my problem. No move toward asking if they could help at all. Typical auto repair shop nowadays, they seem to have so much business that they don't care about customer service to bring in more.

I was very impressed with the service I received from your facility. I especially appreciated the way you kept me informed and involved in the decision making of my repairs. I will definately be back!
