Horrid tenant service, I have heard terrible stories about Tracy, now I know they are true. I am a stellar tenant, but I have been lied to and ignored. I can't wait to get out. If you have the chance to rent from IWM, don't do it!!

Great property management firm. They keep you up to date on what is going on. As a military member that is frequently gone, I know I can trust them. They also do good screening on applicants.

Kelly Rothwell and Invest West Management are extremely professional. The property I reside in was immaculate upon leasing. I highly recommend utilizing Kelly and Invest West management. Kelly is prompt, courteous and professional. I've only had one issue with the Sprinkler system and Bill their maintenance guy came out within a day and fixed it promptly. Watch IW spend your money like water flows downhill. If the manager doesn't like you, your question or problem will go unattended. If your board is not saavy, IWM will lead them right down the path to involvency. Don't expect your phone calls to be returned in a timely manner, or, at all, and then expect hostility from the manager and higher management does not listen to HOA's requests or complaints. The bookkeeping system is convoluted and easily hides expenditures that are in their favour.Cash cow.

I rented from this Management company for 2 years. I would have stayed if I didn't have to relocate due to my job. The people were always friendly and easy to work with. I recommend this company!!!

Home Owner's Associations should take careful consideration before hiring IVW to manage their affairs. As a home owner we have had very dissapointing correspondence with very little objectivity. Please ask yourself if you would like to have a positive relationship with the home owners in your neighborhood. If you do then think twice about hiring IVW.

As the Home Owners Association President, I’ve worked very closely with Invest West Management. Their quick and professional response to all my questions and issues has been nothing short of excellent. The management team of David Hummel and Rhonda Lovley, which handle my HOA are particularly great to work with.I highly recommend Invest West Management.

I have been with IVW for a few years now. I came to them from another larger management company in the Vancouver, WA area. I was very dissatisfied with the other company because my operational costs were running out of control, my tenants were not a quality I preferred, the tenants were also frustrated, and (most important) communication was just plain abysmal.My first year with IVW turned all of this around. My tenants like them as well (they all hated the other management company (TMG Northwest). I have had 2 different property managers now. Tracy was my first rep and she was pleasant, communicative and very easy to work with- even in unconfortable situations. My rating means nothing but to get this post in as I have not hired them yet. Wait a mIinute; here I give these property managers business as well as landscapers and repairmen for many years....Here's my input not directly aimed at this company; I'm reviewing it before I decide - It's the homeowners goldmine. It's the homeowners affair. The property mgr. is just a service, and cannot take over. I have an easy slide in situation, but all the work has been done; I deserve to profit. I'm considering just doing all of this myself. I scouted the place out, I put my life into it, my money, I'm the one who could see the potential, and these property mgrs need to know their role. I'm looking for a long term situation but I don't want to have to step in when it's not being done right, or when my money is spent and taken without my input. I don't want my property subsidizing theirs...I am only willing to pay for their service, not pay for their real inappropriate goals.

We use IWM for all phases of our marina operations, and have been extremely pleased. Accounting is very thorough and accurate, maintenance is quick to respond, and the administration is extremely professional. We have had no problems at all, and would recommend IWM to anyone considering a professional management company.

I have previously rented from this company and have rented 3 different places through the company. Each and every time I expierenced great service and was treated very well I am shocked to see some of the other reviews listed on this site as I would highly recommend them as one of the best companies around. If you consider contacting them in the future I am sure you will experience the same level of service that I have.

We all know people are more likely to step forward with a complaint than with a compliment. I'd like to add some balance to IWM's online reviews as I feel they are not being represented fairly in cyberspace. IWM has been my management company for several years and they have always been very responsive, competitively priced, and above all professional. I've dealt with other management companies over the years. None of them are perfect but IWM comes the closest.
