Called them about wanting to buy a spark plug, gave them manufacturer and part number off of old plug. Asked them if they had in stock before I drove there. They said they did. Drove down there, told lady behind the counter that I just had called about this spark plug, and was there to pick it up, and she then wanted to see the plug. I didnt have it with me, and asked why the manuf. and part number that was printed on the plug wasnt good enough. She was very snotty and blurted out "I just want to see it". I told her since I didnt bring it, and wasnt the number I had called in enough? She then huffed off, talked to another worker, and handed me a plug and took my cash. Got home, sure enough, the new plug WASNT EVEN CLOSE. Called her back, she was very rude. Went back to get correct plug, they didnt have it, wouldnt refund my money without giving her my name and phone number, which I wouldnt do. Told her this was ridiculous over a 3 dollar part, she didnt care. Stay away from this place.
