I was skeptical after reading a few bad reviews, but they gave a great price and seemed very knowledgeable; so I gave them a shot.



Amy showed up on time and gave us a quote for putting blow in cellulose above our garage. She also noticed some other things that the builder failed to do and quoted those issues separately. The quote for everything was considerably less than other quotes we had received so we scheduled an appointment for their crew to come out and do the job.



The crew arrived within the timeframe given and even called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know exactly when they would arrive.



Upon arrival the crew immediately got to work putting down plastic to control any mess and keep the cellulose dust from getting on anything. They then went to work spray foaming around every light fixture and ceiling fan to make those areas air tight (something that should have been done by the builders contractors but wasn't, the house is less than 2 years old). They had one guy in the attic and another guy with a stick wrapped in tape tapping on the ceiling next to the light fixtures so the guy in the attic could find the light fixtures and fill in the gaps. Once all the gaps had been filled in they went to work blowing in cellulose. They were very accommodating and went in through the bathroom window because we didn't want anyone in our garage next to my wifes brand new car. They filled above the garage to an R-38 rating and filled in low spots throughout the rest of the attic to bring the entire attic to an R-38 rating.



They went above and beyond what we had asked for. They noticed that the bathroom exhaust fans were not attached to the ducting leading out the roof, which means all that steam was venting directly into the attic (which is a code violation that somehow all three inspectors had missed) this can lead to mold in the attic. So at no additional cost they got ducting and secured the bathroom fans to the ducting leading out the roof. I can hear a difference in the way the fan sounds and feel great knowing steam isn't pouring into my attic every time I shower. They also fixed the attic entrance. It was just a piece of drywall with a piece of baffling insulation attached and had a broken corner. They fixed the broken corner, put a foam strip around the bottom edge to make it more airtight, and put thicker plastic covered baffling on the top, as well as plastic on the edges inside the attic. Now when I open the attic to check for roof leaks or anything else I no longer have to worry about the broken corner or having insulation fall on my face.



Top notch job. I love my new attic. I highly recommend this company for attic insulation needs. I haven't used them for any other projects, but I wouldn't hesitate as they are very professional and knowledgeable and will go that extra mile for their customers.
