very horrible company. i will never rent from this location again. rented over 30-40 cars from here. last time we took a pebble from the road in the windshield. enterprise took $500 out of my account and then sent me a bill for an additional $602. everyone i talked to didn't care and wouldn't do a thing to help! worst customer service ever!! not to mention you can get a rock chip filled for like $50 or close to it this seems super excessive.$1102.00 or a rock chip!! never use them, they are running a racquet, and it seems to be very profitable to them! i cant say it enough, don't use this company!! it will be well worth you spending the extra money on a different rental company. they act really friendly until they figure out a way they can extort money from you!

They were quick and very responsive to my needs. The selection was good and she helped me find a car perfect for my needs. Locations are convenient and contrary to many rental companies they don't make you go to the airport to rent! I rented on a very cold and windy day which I think made them go too fast in choosing so I needed a little more help than I got, needed to go in and ask for more.
My biggest concern was how hard they pushed buying the separate insurance. I ended up having the car 3 times longer than I thought and the insurance was outrageously expensive. They need to tell people that their own car insurance is adequate. That is my only real concern about them. It really bothered me and quite frankly I can't afford it. That really bugged me.

Best Customer Service, always quick and friendly. I use this location all the time. Enterprise is a great company, I won't rent anywhere else. Platinum member for a reason!
