Dick Hannah will screw you. They sold me a lemon, couldnt/wouldnt fix it, and tefused to take it back as a trade in..

Clearly the reviews here are written by Dh employees. If you look elsewhere, you will see how bad they really are. I had problems from the beginning. Sales have no customer service skills, and neither does the service team. They will lie and deceive to get the sale, then back out on what they promised. Go elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

Frank is the best. Right from inviting us from the parking lot to the entire dealing including the test drive, Frank was simply extremely courteous and truly cared for his customers.



It is a nice growing dealership with great deals. Definitely go there and DONT FORGET TO ASK FOR FRANK! (I am giving 1 star less because of some senior people above Frank. But seriously, Frank is the most helpful person you will get in any car dealership. I had been to 8 of them till now for this purchase. He is an asset to this company)
