I installed new ram in my desktop and the monitor would not come on. I tried everything I could think of with no luck. When I called, he suggested a few items and I asked if I brought Tower in how much to tell me if it is fixable....nothing! Really, nothing? Yep! So I did and after checking several items hooking up his own equipment, bypassing this and that and still no luck we thot the motherboard was fried. Wait for it.... he tried one more thing and whala, it worked. Switched the ram around so it would work together, installed a new video card I brought in, tested everything, installed a registry cleaner and malware eliminator, downloaded new drivers from Nvidia for video card and installed them. When all said and done (about 1.5 hours later) I asked him how much I owed him and he says to me....$20! WHAT? I gave him the $30 bucks I had in my pocket and felt bad for not having more. Jim definitely went above and beyond as a business owner, obviously loves what he does and certainly takes care of his customers. In the future if I have ANY computer problems, Jim will be my first and last call. Don't even think about going to the big box stores until you have spoken to him first!!

These guys have gone out of their way to help me on many occasions.Prices beat the big box stores & even wal-mart.
