The keys that we received were amazing and we love the local advertisement. The guest feedback has been outstanding. As a hotel Manager the money we are going to save is going to make everyone happy. I look forward to our next batch of keys.

I signed a contract with them about a year ago, around 900$ a month they were going to advertise my business in residence inn hotel, I paid the money, they sent out the cards to the hotel but somehow hotel wasn't able to use the cards,but they had no idea so they wanted the second months payment, and I did pay that too, but after that I realise no one was calling or ordering from the hotel, so I went to the hotel just to see what's going on and I found out we are not on any card that's given out to customers, when I called them they said they are sorry and they will give me next 2 months no charge since I paid 2 months with getting nothing out of it, I said yes, and that was like 4 months ago, they still didn't do anything about it, now I asked for a full refund but they refuse all that's happened, they said I was advertised as promised and they can't promise anything for the results, I went to hotel and checked maybe 10 times myself time to time if we were on there or not, I asked people in the front desk and Manager about us and they said they never saw us on the cards, now they say they can't refund my money, I will solve this in law with them but I thought I should let other people know what happened to me so they won't lose their money for nothing, DO STAY AWAY FROM CAPTURETHOSETRAVELERS, I lost 1800$ now I have to pay for a lawyer too. I've never seen such a ridiculous thing before in my life, I wish there was -5 stars I could rate them. Again everybody take my word and SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

These guys took over a year of me hounding them to finally produce s physical card. When they finally sent the card demo it was not the agreed design or agreed hotel. What a waste of money 🤦🏻‍♂️

Seemed promising but after waiting almost a year and multiple phone calls I was given the wrong cards for the wrong hotel. Useless I was told I'd be advertising at hotel next door, otherwise I would not have done it.

Dedicated people who care about quality over quantity. Effective direct response marketing solutions for advertising to nearby hotel guests.

This is a great company to work with. They have great deals for advertising and are straight up with you. If you're looking to do some advertising you should give these guys a shot.
