Samuel Avalos, owner has 13 years in the residential concrete construction business and has the ability to help you complete any concrete related project no matter what the size or scope. We like all projects no matter how small. Samuel will personally supervise on the jobsite to ensure quality control giving your project the attention to detail it deserves.
