Thank you so much for the information. I have been looking around for a animal hospital in vancouver so I can be sure to be prepared in emergencies. However, I'm not sure if it this place does just checkups or can perform operations or anything. Additional info would be fantastic!

How caring! My dog is getting older needed some blood tests. I told the doctor wanted to be with my dog when they got the blood. They let me be present. They were so caring toward me and my dog. They were wonderful!

I have been taking my pets to this vet for 16+ years. They mended my dog when he was hit by a car, fixed my cat's alergy problems, and even saved the life of my son's hamster when everyone else said it wasn't possible. The doctor did research on the internet and tried an experimental drug (we were even allowed a choice of flavors for the medicine!). I'm not sure about now, but in the past, they were also the vet that did all of the spaying and neutering for the Vancouver Humaine Society. I give them 5 stars! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my animals to this place and even took a couple of months of research into the use of disolving stiches, the time of recovery, etc. I was given price quotes and time frames in detail. The day i picked up my animals i asked if they had been taken to the bathroom and was told definitely they were. We had been told to call them when i dropped them off in the morning, in order to know what the final bill would be. We had called and had been told a price that was almost a $100 less than the bil was when we picked them up.That isn't then end of it. When i got my animals home they were covered in dog fecies, and they had to pee for what seemed like forever. It was obvious i had been lied to again, this time about how my animals were cared for.Once i was home, i checked the estimate i had been given for the surgery that was done and the final bil showed that surgery i was charged $100 dollars more than estimated. I was told there were no complications. Hmm, were at about $200 now.I
